# Anonymized Data Note

This GitHub-ready folder is a public portfolio version of a parcel intelligence dashboard. It now uses real-entry-style parcel records while masking identity fields before publication.

## Fields Masked Before Upload

- owner name
- mailing address, city, and ZIP
- PAMS/PIN value
- public parcel ID used by the app
- Regrid-style parcel path

## Fields Kept For Realistic Operations

The demo keeps analysis fields such as:

- parcel location/address context
- zoning
- ward and neighborhood
- land use
- LBCS-style function and ownership classes
- vacancy/utilization class
- land, improvement, assessed, tax, and sale-style values
- map geometry needed for parcel visualization

## Why This Works For Handshake

The reviewer can test realistic geospatial workflows without seeing owner identities or source parcel identifiers:
